Drone Carrying A Defibrillator Saves Its First Life
If you are facing a medical emergency, normally you would call for an ambulance. However, ambulances can exist delayed because of traffic or if you're in a particularly remote area, and then what then? This is something that the medical manufacture is trying to solve, and information technology seems that they have had their first success story using a drone.
According to a report from Everdrone, it appears that one of the company's Emergency Medical Aerial Commitment drone has managed to save a life. According to the report, emergency dispatchers over in Sweden managed to apply the drone to air evangelize a defibrillator to the home of someone in need.
Thankfully, there was besides a eyewitness who happened to be a doctor who was on their mode to work who knew how to operate the device after performing CPR. The entire commitment took almost iii minutes and was credited for helping to salve the life of the patient.
